I participate with Aetna, BC/BS, CareFirst, Cigna, Humana/Humana Medicare Advantage/Humana Military, Magellan, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, TRICARE, United Healthcare, and VA Community Care.
Additional rate available for other therapeutic services.
For those using insurance, I will submit the billing to your insurance company, but you will be responsible for your deductible and co-payments.
For uninsured clients, a sliding-fee scale is available.
As I have a zero-balance policy, all payments are expected at the time of service.
For those who cannot cover their co-pays - and for those who must self-pay, I offer a sliding fee scale based on income.
I accept payments by credit card, personal check, cash, and Zelle. Flexible Spending Account and Health Spending Accounts may be used to pay for your therapy.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
